RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Your happiness with our products is our top priority.
Airfro Inc Ltd will reimburse customer shipping costs for returns + exchanges if our products do not reach you in perfect condition. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Airfro Inc Ltd .
Any unopened items may be returned to us within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a full refund. We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of any opened products. We will offer a replacement or store credit in certain circumstances.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
